Registration Fees
You can find all categories of the registration fees below. Prices are in USD and include VAT. Please note that an additional fee applies for the congress’ Social Dinner.
In-person registration fees for the congress include admission to all paper sessions, panels, and keynote events; lunch and coffee breaks; Open Access and publication fees (where applicable).
Online registration fees for the congress include admission to the streaming of all scientific sessions, panels, and keynote events; Open Access and publication fees (where applicable).
- The registration system will open in August.
- The following fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.
- Student registration is for bachelor, master’s, and PhD students.

Registration Guidelines
All times are based on the AoE (Anywhere on Earth) time zone.

Presentation Requirement for Accepted Submissions
For each accepted submission, at least one author must register and present at the conference, either in person or online. During registration, the presenting author must provide the submission ID(s) associated with their accepted work. If no author registers to present an accepted submission, the acceptance will be withdrawn and not be included in the conference proceedings.

Co-authors Must Register Separately
All attendees, including co-authors, are required to register and pay the registration fee to participate in the conference.
Each accepted submission must be presented by at least one registered author. -
Registration Periods and Options
On-site registration is offered at Early (Early Aug–Oct 12), Regular (Oct 13–Nov 9),and Late (Nov 10–Nov 26)rates. Those attending IASDR on-site may also join the optional gala dinner. Online participation is available as an alternative.

Gala Dinner (Paid Activity)
The gala dinner will be held on Dec 4, 2025, from 17:00 to 20:30, with a maximum of 150 seats available to conference participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participation Type and Student Verification Requirements
Once registration is completed, any changes to the participation format (in-person or online) or selected registration items must follow the cancellation policy and require a new registration. Please confirm your choices before registering. Students registering under the student rate must upload a valid student ID or enrollment certificate at the time of registration. If the uploaded identification is found to be invalid after verification, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee from the refund and cancel your registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- To cancel your registration, please download the cancellation form and send it to the official email: iasdr2025@tdri.org.tw. Please also attach your payment receipt when submitting the cancellation request.
- By October 12, 2025: A USD 30 administrative fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be fully refunded.
- By November 9, 2025: A USD 30 administrative fee will be deducted, and 50% of the remaining amount will be refunded.
- After November 10, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
- The date of form submission will be used to determine eligibility. Please note that refund processing may take time—your patience is appreciated.
- If you wish to re-register after canceling, please follow the official registration process again.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances.
- Unpaid registrations will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within 72 hours of registration submission.

Receipt and Check-In Information
After completing registration and payment, you may download a receipt from the EasyChair system. A confirmation email containing a QR code and check-in details will be sent prior to the conference. Please present the QR code at the registration desk to collect your conference badge.

Participation in Major Events
To ensure a high-quality experience, priority access to large-scale events (e.g., forums, opening and closing ceremonies) will be given to accepted authors. Due to venue capacity limits, some later registrants may be assigned to alternative spaces with live video streaming. Additionally, free evening social events will be held on December 2 and December 3 (subject to venue capacity; first-come, first-served registration applies). Registration forms for these events will be included in the check-in confirmation email. Please review the email carefully and complete the form if you wish to participate.
